The Offices are located at 530 2nd Street and were most recently home to Woodland Senior Citizens Center. The facility was expanded and both the interior and exterior reflect construction and finishes of the highest quality and design.
Jeff Morgan chose this location based on his commitment to Woodland and the importance of Woodland’s heritage and past. The Monley Cronin Inc. team was involved in the full design and construction of the facility and worked closely with Jeff to define and meet his vision and expectations.
Jeff set a priority of utilizing local craftsmen on the project whenever possible. Many unique relationships were present on the site. Among them:
- Ed Justus Masonry completed all of the masonry work throughout the facility. The highest level of craftsmanship is evident. The unique aspect of this relationship was that Ed Justus’ father was the original Masonry contractor on the original building in the 1950’s
- Two generations of G. Hayes and Sons Carpentry worked on this project – Gary, Jake, and Drew Hayes. These were the fourth and fifth generation of a continuing line of Hayes Carpentry craftsman. Gary’s father, Jack Hayes, may have been involved in the original building construction—he was one of a handful of carpenters in the small town setting Woodland was in 1950.
- Three generations of Johnsons worked on this project; Bob, Joe, Marty and Matt. BJ Heat and Air is also a third generation, and would have been active at the original building construction.
Our entire team felt honored to be a part of Jeff’s vision and commitment of keeping a foot anchored in the past while stepping confidently into the future.
