This project transformed an aging condominium into a modern, efficient living space built to today’s standards. Our team reimagined the layout to improve flow and functionality, integrating open living areas, upgraded systems, and durable, high-quality finishes throughout.

Every element—from lighting and cabinetry to flooring and fixtures—was selected and installed with precision. Walls were reconfigured to maximize natural light and create better connectivity between spaces, while updated mechanicals and insulation improved comfort and energy performance.
