Originally built by Monley Cronin in the early 2000s, the BlackPine Holding Project illustrates how intentional renovation can redefine the potential of an underutilized commercial structure. The former building in Woodland was carefully evaluated and reimagined to function as a flexible event and gathering space, while preserving its underlying structural integrity.

The project emphasizes a precision-driven, detail-oriented design approach. Systems, finishes, and structural components were selected or upgraded to meet modern performance expectations while respecting the original construction. The resulting environment is both functional and enduring, demonstrating the value of thoughtful adaptive reuse.
