      • The home has been designed to allow the option for an additional bathroom to be included at Study/Bedroom 4 to create a wonderful guest quarters or office space with private bath. The location would also allow this bathroom to serve as a convenient pool bath. Home becomes a 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath with this option

      • 3 bedroom 3 car tandem garage with a double master bedroom
      • 3 bedroom 3 car tandem garage with “Casita” space which includes living room, nook, separate bedroom and bath, and countertop prep and serving area
